New landing page

Patriot resource gets a new landing page http://www.patriot-resource.com/ the old landing page reverts back to the shop index page http://www.patriot-resource.com/shop.htm. I've also added a page with links to the patriot act http://www.patriot-resource.com/patriot-act.htm, which also links to printable versions of the document.
